Aramid Safety Harness Webbing (SKU: AW-SH-005) is a high-performance industrial webbing woven from 100% para-aramid fiber, engineered specifically for personal fall protection and load-bearing safety applications. The webbing is constructed using a dense twill/plain hybrid weave that maximizes tensile capacity while maintaining flexibility for buckle threading, stitching, and hardware integration. Its inherent flame resistance and dimensional stability make it a direct upgrade over conventional polyester and nylon harness webbing in high-heat, high-abrasion, and high-risk environments.

- Abrasion and UV resistance: High abrasion resistance retaining more than 85% of original tensile strength after 10,000 Martindale cycles. UV-stabilized finish retains approximately 80% tensile strength after 500 hours of accelerated weathering (QUV exposure); note that unshielded aramid degrades faster under prolonged direct sunlight, so a protective coating or dyed finish is recommended for outdoor service.
- Elongation and weight: Low elongation at break of 3.5%–4.5%, delivering minimal stretch under shock load for reliable fall arrest performance. Areal weight approximately 42 g/m for the 45mm width. Moisture regain under 5%, with strength retention above 90% in wet conditions.
