Aramid webbing is a high-performance textile strap woven from aramid fibers—synthetic aromatic polyamides best known under trade names such as Kevlar and Nomex. The material combines exceptional tensile strength with inherent heat and flame resistance, making it suitable for applications where standard polyester or nylon webbing would degrade or fail.
